What is a Sundress?
People have varying opinions about what makes a dress a sundress. Some feel that a sundress is breezy and light in nature whereas others may view all dresses which are sleeveless as being sundresses. The true definition of a sundress is a dress which exposes various areas of the body, such as the arms, shoulders and back, and has an abbreviated bodice. How much area the sundress covers on the woman’s body will vary from dress to dress. In general, sundresses are dresses that are worn in warm weather, are sleeveless and have an airy feel about them.
